Mountain View Families: We Need YOUR Support to Help Close the Gap...with Sports-A-Thon!

As many of you are aware, the Foundation has a $30,000 gap in funds this year. These funds are critical for paying for our STEM and Technology Teachers’ Salaries.

To assist in closing this gap, we have partnered with the National Academy of Athletics to have a Sports-a-thon in late April on Field Day. We are so excited to have all the students participate in this multi-sport event.

To kick off the event, flyers will be sent home the week of March 26th.
Students will receive Sponsor forms the week of April 9th from the National Academy of Athletics Sports-A-Thon, and then ask family, friends and neighbors to support them as they complete their sports challenges. We would love to see each student challenge themselves to raise $50.
Our school-wide pep rally is Wednesday, April 18th from 1-1:30pm in the Gym. Parents are welcome to attend.
Sports-a-Thon for 3rd – 5th graders is Wednesday, April 25th
Sports-a-Thon for K – 2nd graders is Friday, April 27th
We will be posting a Signup Genius in early April seeking volunteers for various stations for these days.
